To ensure that your package is delivered properly and arrives within the estimated timeframe, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Correct street names, apartment numbers, building numbers, and other required information help prevent delivery delays.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Order processing time is separate from the shipping transit time. The total estimated delivery timeframe includes both order preparation time and the time required for the package to arrive after shipment.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PDT) on business days will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PDT), as well as orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Destinations

CrownMir currently ships to the United States only.

Free shipping is available only within the contiguous United States (48 states).

Free shipping does not apply to:

Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO)
U.S. territories
Outlying islands and other U.S. affiliated islands

We currently do not provide shipping services to these excluded areas.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Our products are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.

For deliveries within the United States, orders typically arrive within 6–13 business days after payment confirmation.

The estimated delivery timeframe includes:

Order processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping transit time: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Delays caused by carrier issues, customs inspections, severe weather, or other events outside our control may extend the delivery timeframe.
