At CrownMir, we want every customer to have a clear and reliable return experience. This policy explains the conditions, process, and requirements for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The original packaging must be complete and undamaged

  • All accessories, parts, and included items must be returned

  • The product must not have visible scratches, damage, wear, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return.

Accepted Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

Product quality issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a confirmed product quality issue, please contact us for assistance. After verification, CrownMir will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-quality-related returns

If you change your mind, no longer need the product, or the item does not meet your personal expectations, you may request a return within the eligible return period.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not charge any return processing fee or restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following situations are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Mirrors or glass products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, installation, or use

  • Items with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

  • Products with visible signs of use or wear

  • Returns requested after the 30 calendar day return period

We do not offer customized products, so customized items are not applicable to our return policy.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For confirmed product quality issues or mistakes caused by CrownMir, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For approved returns that are not related to product quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Orders with paid shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

If the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue or an error on our part, we will refund the original shipping charge:

  • Orders under $40.00: refund of the original $6.99 shipping fee

No return fee or restocking fee will be charged.

How to Request a Return

To start a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return request.

  3. If the product has an issue, please provide photos or relevant details for verification.

  4. Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team.

  5. Send the approved return package to the provided return address.

Please do not send any return package before receiving approval.

Please ensure the package is sent to the approved return address. Returns sent to other addresses may not be processed.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will process your refund.

Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days after the return has been approved.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount.
